Shipping policy

Y Patterns sells exclusively digital products: sewing patterns and sewing instructions as PDF files. There is no physical shipping.

Delivery costs

For all products: 0.00 € delivery cost. No shipping or delivery fees are charged.

What you receive

Depending on the product, your purchase includes the sewing instruction as an eBook (two PDF files, one in English and one in German) and the pattern files. Pattern files are bilingual and available in the following formats: A0 for copy shop printing, A4 and US Letter with layers for home printing, and a projector file with layers for direct projection onto fabric.

How and when you receive your files

Your files are made available immediately after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. You receive a download link by email; depending on the product, your files are additionally available in your customer account. There are no delivery times in the sense of physical dispatch.

If your files do not arrive

Please first check the spam folder of the email address used in the order. If the email has not arrived, contact us at help@y-patterns.com and we will sort it out.

Availability

Digital products can generally be purchased and downloaded worldwide, unless technical, legal or payment-service-provider-related restrictions apply.

Payment

The payment methods available are shown in the checkout: Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments.
